PART WARRANTY
For products selected and distributed by Thermcross International®, the terms of warranty are fixed by the manufacturer or the supplier.
This warranty covers a period of 12 months for all Isotherm® products (24 months for the product reference 10300). This period of warranty is extended to 15 months for the range of Isotherm® circulators.
In all cases, the warranty is limited to a simple refund with a credit note of the defective part.
The products excluded from all warranty are the following :
- Bi-metallic thermostats
- Sensors
- Fuel nozzles
- Descalers in case of use with undiluted acid
